Atting, March 2014. MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH has yet received the FAA STC #SA03375NY for the next generation5-blade scimitar composite propeller MTV-27-1-E-C-F-R(P)/CFR210-58d on the Cessna 425 powered by the Engines P&WC PT6A-112, 135(A). The installation is also certified by EASA STC No.10038512.
The propeller installation: - provides best vibration damping characteristics for almost vibration free propeller operations - has bonded on nickel alloy leading edges for for superior erosion protection of the blades - provides a general performance improvement (5% take-off & climb, 3 kts cruise with 1900 rpm) - has no propeller speed restrictions on ground while operating in low idle - has more ground clearance => less FODs - provides a significant cabin noise and vibration reduction - provides maximum durability and reliability and is suitable for all weather operation - has an unbeatable esthetic ramp appeal - has no life limitation - has FOD repairable blades - has the best weight to price ratio in the industry
All models comply with the strict German noise regulations 2010 – "Landeplatz Lärmschutz Verordnung" for unrestricted airport operations in Germany and other European Countries
