LAKELAND, FLORIDA - July 19, 2010 — Rick Garcia, President of Gulf Coast Avionics Corporation, has announced the expansion of their business into the Brazilian aviation market through a joint venture partnership with Quick Aviação located in Goiânia - Goias. In making the announcement, Garcia said, "There is a vibrant general aviation industry in South America and particularly in Brazil. We are excited to expand our international presence by partnering with such a well-known and respected shop as Quick Aviação."

Garcia went on to say, "We will operate out of the Quick Aviação facility and do business under the name of Gulf Coast Avionics Brasil. The Brazilian operation will be run by Jonatas Berberian who, in addition to being a member of the family that owns Quick Aviação, brings a high level of avionics experience to the venture. His background includes time with Rockwell Collins as a Systems Engineer, Honeywell as a Customer Support Engineer on the Embraer 170-190 family of aircraft and Garmin as a Field Engineer on the Embraer Phenom 100/300 aircraft, and we look forward to what he brings to this new venture."

Commenting on the partnership, Jonatas Berberian said, "Quick Aviação is looking forward to bringing a new concept in avionics upgrades to the Brazilian general aviation market through the joint venture with Gulf Coast Avionics. This will enable us to consolidate the aircraft conversion concept we have introduced to implement airframe, engine and propeller STCs, to now include avionics systems."

Quick Aviação is an experienced service and support center for the general aviation market in Brazil, with an established reputation for providing maintenance, modification, paint and interior services. The company is also an authorized installation and support center for Raisbeck, Blackhawk, and BLR conversions and an authorized service center for Cirrus Aircraft. The formation of Gulf Coast Avionics Brasil will expand Quick's capabilities to include a full range of avionics services including sales, service, installs, and panel upgrades and will make them a true one-stop shop for general aviation service and support.
