ATP Announces a New Release for the Industry Leading NavigatorV® Software Platform and a New, Next-Generation Product Platform for Content and Compliance Management

March 16, 2010, Brisbane, Calif. – Aircraft Technical Publishers (ATP®) announced today that it will distribute two major software releases in 2010 for compliance, safety, and content management. The first is Release 8 for the industry leading NavigatorV® software platform. The second will be a new to market, next-generation platform for library, content management and compliance reporting.

NavigatorV, Release 8 will be available this spring and will once again provide new tools and features that cannot be found in other solutions. NavigatorV is the first and only software platform on the market that combines regulatory and maintenance libraries and patented compliance tracking into one simple, easy to use platform. With Release 8, the software platform will also expand support for OEM manufacturers and suppliers.

According to Greg Daly, Chief Technology Officer for ATP, “ATP’s core strength is in being a leading innovator in the industry. Many companies have software solutions, but they haven’t focused on continually improving those solutions like ATP.” Mr. Daly continued by saying, “ATP invented most of the technology that is taken for granted today for aviation library management and compliance reporting. The NavigatorV software platform has come to symbolize the quality, reliability and service recognized as the industry standard, and Release 8 will further expand on those qualities.”

ATP will also continue its technology and content leadership position with a new to market, next-generation, online product for maintenance professionals which will be introduced in 2010. This new product will be designed for content management, compliance tracking, and safety reporting. More details and a launch date for this product will be announced later this year.

According to Jeff Seiler, Director of Marketing for ATP, “We continually listen to our customers and survey leaders in the industry to find out how we can best serve the needs of maintenance professionals and OEMs. This next-generation product is the result of the intelligence we have gathered from those sources.”
